OUR STORE POLICIES
All orders are processed and shipped within one week of placement. Orders are shipped as priority mail, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic USPS may need extra time for processing, depending on your location. Please contact us at email@example.com with any concerns.
We can accept the return of items only if they were damaged in transit or if unused.. In the very unfortunate event that this happens, please initiate a return by sending an email with your order number and photos of the damaged item/s to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your package. Sender pays postage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken or if you have received the wrong order, so we can immediately work on resolving the issue.
Exchanges can only be made if the original item is unused and unopened. No ecxhanges on sale or personalized items.
