We accept all major credit / debit cards, Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay for online payments.
For in-person events, we also accept CashApp, Venmo and Zelle.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We can accept the return of items only if they were damaged in transit or if unused.. In the very unfortunate event that this happens, please initiate a return by sending an email with your order number and photos of the damaged item/s to email@example.com. If the return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your package. Sender pays postage.
HOW LONG DO THE CANDLES BURN?
Our candles are very long lasting. The burn time for our 3 oz travel candles is 15 hours. The burn time for our 8 oz candles is 60 hours.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Absolutely! We offer gift cards starting at $30 up to $200.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. In most cases the transit time in 2-3 days, but this depends entirely on USPS. You may experience shipping delays due to inclement weather and other reasons beyond my control.
WHAT WAX DO YOU USE?
We use a unique blend of soy and paraffin. This blend allows for a clean, soot-free and long-lasting burn. The addition of paraffin gives a better scent throw. This mean that the scent is stronger and better spreads throughout your space.
MY CANDLE IS NOT BURNING EVENLY? WHAT'S WRONG?
When you light your candle, let it burn until the wax melt reaches the edges of the container. That establishes the memory of the wax and will allow it to burn evenly all the way down.
WHERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS SOURCED?
We have taken great care to source our components in the USA: the soy wax, FSC certified wicks, phthalate-free fragrance oils and essential oils.
